The Oh So Sweet Story

When my oldest left for college she often told me she missed home cooked everything….meals, snacks & desserts. Her body was craving food made from scratch. As a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, a baker & having owned three restaurants, I have worked with some fantastic bakers during my journey. I included the best from each of us in the first box shipped to my daughter. And with that Sweets From Home was created.

She was thrilled to be eating cookies she knew were measured, mixed, and baked by hand.

Our plan was to hand deliver our baked goods to local universities but I was now shipping to my daughter in NC & my son in the Albany area, so I knew we were able to ship & maintain our quality standards. We love being able to hand pack boxes with a special note from a loved one, knowing that  we are bringing a bit of home baked goodness  & a giant smile to whomever is opening that box.
